And what makes you an expert on this topic?
I’ve worked in internet and new media since 1999, recently for a top digital agency, and I have an MBA. But, typically, I write from the consumer’s point of view. What is it like to conduct most of my media consumption in the digital realm? Often, it’s a pain in the ass. I love watching the media industry remake itself but wish that entertainment executives would show some vision.
